The University of Szczecin obtained further funds for the development of teaching. The National Center for Research and Development positively assessed the project, thanks to which the university received additional funds to adapt the educational offer to the needs of economic development and green and digital transformation. The University of Szczecin received funding in the amount of PLN 6,641,072.00 for the implementation of the project entitled "The University of Szczecin - support for fields of study in industries key to the development of the economy." The main goal of the project is to adapt the university's educational offer to the needs of economic development and green and digital transformation within the fields of study: LOGISTICS; GREEN ECONOMY; COSMOLOGY and MANAGEMENT OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES.

Dr Małgorzata Wałejko from the Institute of Pedagogy of the US Pedagogy is currently on an internship at the University of Edinburgh as part of the Bednarowski Trust scholarship. The Doctor had the opportunity to give a special lecture, which gathered lecturers, students and online viewers, as it was a hybrid event. In her speech, Dr Wałejko presented the metaphysical reasons and psychological and pedagogical consequences of the separateness of beings, including existential loneliness, internal secrets and the unknowability of people. She indicated the possibilities and the need to take into account the indicated attributes of a person in education. After the lecture, the discussion lasted over an hour. The questions concerned, among others, the limits of the possibilities of interpersonal understanding, among others: in therapy and the limits of self-knowledge.

Thanks to the cooperation of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Foundation and the Stock Exchange School operating at the University of Szczecin, the fifth edition of the "Personal Finance" course was held. The beneficiaries of this initiative were students of the Prawobrzeże University of the Third Age and members of the "Dąb" Senior Club run by the "Prawobrzeże" Foundation for Culture and Local Activity. The course topics covered financial planning, investing, risk and financial security. The course coordinator is Professor Małgorzata Tarczyńska-Łuniewska, the lectures were conducted by Dr Dominika Kordela.
