The 14th edition of the "Mathematics in the Lens 2023" photo competition has been announced. The jury selected 70 works for the competition. The University of Szczecin Choir achieved exceptional success, winning an honorary gold diploma at the INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL CHORUS INSIDE - WARSAW POLAND. This is not only a confirmation of the artistic sensitivity of the group, but also the result of the extraordinary commitment, passion and cooperation of each member of the university choir. Unique musical interpretations will certainly remain in the audience's memory. This year's edition of the Chorus Inside Warszawa 23 Festival took place in a shortened form in one category: Sakra Music, in the seminary church in Warsaw.
„O tajemnicach w zasięgu ręki” - a lecture by Dr. Paweł Migdalski took place at the International Center for Interdisciplinary Research of the University of Applied Sciences in Kulice. After the lecture, the participants listened to a concert of old Advent music performed by the Consortium Sedinum. The meeting was an opportunity to present the ideas and preliminary results of research conducted at the Historical Institute University of Szczecin in connection with the upcoming 900th anniversary of the Christianization of Pomerania.
