On November 18, the PRODOK 2023 Gala took place in Zabrze - a competition for the most post-doctoral universities in Poland. This year, the competition has changed its formula a bit and completely new categories have been added. We are pleased to announce that this year's PRODOK turned out to be a winner for the University of Szczecin and other universities that joined the initiative of the West Pomeranian Doctoral Students' Association. This time, the PRODOK award was granted in the Dynamic Start category for creating the initiative of the West Pomeranian Doctoral Students' Association. It is worth emphasizing that in 2021, the University of Szczecin was the winner of the PRODOK 2021 competition for the Most Postdoctoral University in Poland. The following year, our University took second place in the "Most Doctoral University in Poland" category during the finals of the PRODOK 2022 competition.
