During the 8. The edition of the competition for master's and bachelor's theses for the award of the President of the Management Board of the WSE (Warsaw Stock Exchange) for the bachelor's thesis entitled "The use of Business Intelligence tools to analyze the impact of social media on the value of European public companies", the award went to a student of our University – Renata Gola from the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Management. Congratulations and we wish you further success!

We encourage you to read the 38th volume of the Szczecin Chronicle, whose publisher is the Institute of Political and Security Sciences of the University of Szczecin. It is a research project with a long tradition, initiated in the 80s by Prof. Kozłowski, and its aim is to commemorate key events for the city. The Chronicle of Szczecin is primarily intended to be the contribution of academic researchers to explaining and understanding the urban reality. In the study of the fate of Szczecin in 2020, the leitmotif had to be the topic of the pandemic and a significant part of the texts is devoted to it.
