Scientists from the Institute of Physical Culture Sciences - Dr Rafał Buryta, Dr Maciej Buryta and mgr Beata Buryta - who from March 3 to 8, 2023, conquered the Roof of Africa found out how difficult it is to overcome such a height. The blind in the kitchen and from the kitchen side - tested their skills. The event took place on April 14, 2023 at the Interfaculty Library of the University of Szczecin at 40b Piastów Street. Participants had the opportunity to see how people with visual impairment function on a daily basis. The students had the task, accompanied by blind people and guides, to go shopping, buy certain groceries, and after returning to prepare a previously drawn dish, and then set the table and eat the prepared dish. And they were supposed to do it all blindfolded! All participants did well during the class. What can be seen in the report prepared by Paulina Zaremba. The aim of the project was to raise the level of knowledge about disability and to sensitize young people to the problems of the blind.

The activities of the University Support and Development Team are launched.
